This charming village house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Estoher, and has a surface area of approximately 60m². The house is semi-detached and the adjoining property is almost never occupied, which, along with Estoher being almost car-free, ensures that Maison Oranger is nice and quiet.
Ground Floor
Entrance, living room with a 2 persons settee-bed, 2 sofa chairs, colour TV (French terrestrial channels), DVD-player (with a selection DVD’s for use by the guests), radio/CD player, reading lamp, new modern kitchen with a ceramic (electrical) cooking place, oven, fridge, modern kitchen equipment (with croque monsieur apparatus, coffee machine, juicer, mixer, toaster), old table with 4 chairs.
First Floor
Bedroom with two beds (each 90cm x 200cm), with good mattresses, seasonal duvets and 4 pillows (2 hard pillows and 2 soft pillows), bedside lamps, alarm clock, an antique nut wood wardrobe , bathroom with wash-bowl, shower and toilet. Terrace with terrace furniture.
Cellar
Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and space to store bicycles.
Additionally
- Electrical heaters in all rooms and an antique stove in the living room
- Am iron, ironing board and hair dryer are available
- You can unload your car 15 metres from the house, parking is about 35 metres away
- The village offers a sporting area, a play yard and a jeu de boules field. Tennis is on about 2km
- Estoher is passed by the river Llech, which offers a ‘cool down’ possibility in the summer
- The village of Estoher has its own drinking water ‘source’ coming directly from the mountains
- In the evening the village is well lit, offering guests the possibility of making nice evening walks

Maison Palmier has a surface of approximately 65m² and is a traditional high-built French village house situated in a cul-de-sac on the hill side of the village. It's high position offers some really wonderful views from the balcony and the roof terrace. Once again, Maison Palmier is semi-detached and very quiet. Please note that due to the steep stairs, the house is not fit for people with mobility problems.
Entrance
You enter the house into a hallway which has a hat and coat stand, closet for shoes and a mirror.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a bath (with shower facilities), wash-bowl, washing machine, drying facilities, hair dryer, closet, chair, Cleaning equipment and a vacuum cleaner are available here. There is a separate toilet.
Kitchen
The authentic kitchen has built-in cupboards and an antique cooking stove (only for decoration). It is equipped with a new ceramic (electric) cooking place, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, fridge, modern kitchen equipment (with croque monsieur apparatus, mixer, toaster, coffee machine, squeezer). There is an antique kitchen table with 4 chairs.
Living room
The living room has a 2 person sofa bed (with 2 duvets an 2 pillows available), sofa chair, color TV with DVD-player (with a selection DVD’s and CD's for use by guests), radio/CD player, reading lamp, an antique cabinet and a bookcase.
Bedroom
There is a double bed with 2 new mattresses (a Nasa Tempur cover mattress on 2 flexible bases), 2 new duvets and 4 pillows (2 hard and 2 soft), 2 bedside cabinets with reading lamps, 2 chairs, an old antique wardrobe, an antique escritoire, an alarm clock and a balcony.
Roof terrace
On the roof of Maison Palmier there is a terrace with terrace furniture. Due to the high situation of the house the terrace is always sunny (when the sun shines, of course !) and has a 360 degree view over the village, the Maury mountains and the side of the Mont Canigou. The terrace has complete privacy so sunbathing naked is possible.
