Prices for Maison Oranger and Maison Palmier in 2008

Prices include water and taxes. From May 3rd 2008 till September 27th electricity is also included. Outside those dates electricity is charged by use according to the prices of the French electricity supplier EDF.

Varying departure dates and times
In concert with guests and depending on the period of the year, weekend and midweek rental is possible. It is also possible to prolong your visit by one or more days. Divide the week-price by 7 and multiply with the number of days you want to stay (extra) to get the price.

Last minute reservations
We offer discounts for reservations made less than 1 month before the date of arrival.

Long stay discounts
We have special offers for bookings of one month or longer, contact me for more details.

Cleaning costs
Obligatory cleaning costs of € 35 per stay

Rental of linen
Rental of linen and a large selection of towels is possible at €15 per stay for 1 or 2 persons and
€ 20 for 3 of 4 persons (to be paid on the day of arrival). When linen is rented, the bed is made on
the day of your arrival, of course.

Deposit on booking
25% on booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before commencement of booking date.

Security deposit
On the date of arrival (when the keys are handed over) guests pay a security deposit of € 150.
This deposit is paid back on the day of departure when the house is left in the same condition as the guest found it on the day of their arrival.
