Excluded are:

Cleaning costs
In the above overview you will find the costs for the final cleaning after departure. The costs mentioned are per stay, so not per week. We chose to make the cleaning cost obligatory to offer every guest a house that is cleaned after the same standard.

Electricity
De costs for the use of electricity are also excluded. These are charged by use at € 0,30 per kWh. All houses are provided with energy saving lamps and all the electrical equipment is, where possible, of a high energy standard (A/B). Besides the windows of Maison Oranger and Maison Palmier all windows, walls and roofs are isolated following Dutch guidelines.

Rental of linen
Rental of linen and a selection of towels for the bathroom and kitchen is possible at € 10 per person, to be paid on the day of arrival. When linen is rented the bed is made on your day of arrival, of course.

Other Information:

Varying departure dates and times
In concert with guests and depending on the period of the year, weekend and midweek rental is possible. It is also possible to prolong your visit by one or more days. Divide the week-price by 7 and multiply with the number of days you want to stay (extra) to get the price.

Last minute reservations
On reservations made less than one month before the date of arrival discounts are offered on the rental price.

Long stay discounts
In case of reservations for a stay of one month and longer, depending on the season, special prices are offered.

Deposit on booking
25% on booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.

Security deposit
On the date of arrival (when the keys are handed over) guests pay a security deposit of € 150. This deposit is paid back on the day of departure when the house is left in the same condition as the guest found it on the day of arrival.

Domestic animals
In concert with the guest it might be possible to bring a domestic animal (except to Maison Palmier in Finestret and Maison Jasmin in Estoher). There is an additional charge of € 40,- for the whole stay due to extra cleaning costs

Paying with PayPal credit card service is possible
It is possible to pay with PayPal credit card service. This might be practical for non EU residents. When you use this service we charge 4.07% over the amount of the transfer, which is the actual commission PayPal charges Maison Catalan.
