General
This charming former farmhouse (± 55m2, 4 pers.) is located as the last house on the left side in a car free cul-de-sac in the village of Estoher. Maison Oranger offers from the south facing terrace some romantic views on a side of the Mont Canigou and old walled gardens with mimosa, kaki and a large orange tree. As the house is semi-detached and the adjoining property is hardly occupied, along with Estoher being almost car-free, Maison Oranger is nice and quiet.

Ground Floor
Entrance, living room with a 2 persons settee-bed (with 2 duvets an 2 pillows), 2 relax chairs, colour TV (connected on the French TV net), DVD-player (with a selection DVD’s for use by guests), radio/CD player, reading lamp, wood stove. Modern open kitchen with a ceramic (electrical) cooking place, extractor, mini oven, fridge, modern kitchen equipment (with croque monsieur apparatus, coffee machine, squeezer, mixer, toaster), old table with 4 chairs .

First Floor
The bedroom has a double bed with each a wellness mattress. The head section of each side of the bed can be independently tilted upwards, to let one guest sit up and read while the other sleeps. There are seasonal duvets and 4 pillows (2 hard pillows and 2 soft pillows), 2 bedside cabinets with lamps for reading in bed, an alarm clock, an electric fan, an antique nut wood ward robe. Iron and ironing board are available.
Bathroom with wash-bowl, shower, toilet and hair dryer.
Terrace with terrace furniture.

Cellar
Washing machine, drying-frame, vacuum cleaner and possibility to place bicycles.

Additionally
- Electrical heaters in all rooms and also a wood stove in the living room
- Unloading your car is possible at 15 metres from the house, parking places are available from about 40 metres
- The village offers a sporting area, a play yard and a jeu de boules field. Tennis is on about 2km. A jeu de boules set is available in the house.
- Estoher is passed by the river Llech, which offers a ‘cool down’ possibility in the summer
- In the evening the village is well lightened which offers guests the possibility of making nice evening walks
- Fire alarm
- Maison Oranger is a non smoking house
- Daily bread service in village (except Sunday)
