General
Maison Mimosa (± 90m², 4 pers.) is a traditional high built French village house situated in a cul-de-sac on the hill side of the village. It’s high position on the hill side of Pezilla offers some wonderful views from the house and the public garden. The house has 3 free sides and is very sunny. The part with which the house is connected is a barn which is not used. Maison Mimosa was a former barn and was built into a house in 2010. Pezilla de Conflent has a small private natural lake with a beach for swimming. The water quality is checked regularly by the government. The lake is surrounded by Mediterranean trees and has sunny and shady places and is ideal to relax.

Entrance
You enter the house in the living room (on the street side) or in the kitchen (in the hill/garden side). In both rooms you will find a hat and coat stand.

Ground floor (street side): living room
The living room has a 2 persons settee-bed (2.00 x 1.60 with a new quality mattress and 2 duvets an 2 pillows), two sofa chairs, large flat screen color TV with satellite connection, a DVD-player (with a selection DVD’s for use by guests), radio/CD player, reading lamp and a bookcase with books and games. In a separate part there is a washing machine. Cleaning equipment and a vacuum cleaner are also available here.

First floor: bedroom
Equipped with a double bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm) with each a wellness mattress on 2 flexible bases (of which each head section can be tilted upwards independently), 2 duvets and 4 pillows (2 hard pillows and 2 soft pillows), 2 bedside cabinets with reading lamps, a chair, an old antique ward robe (iron and ironing board available), an alarm clock, electric fan and a balcony with view over the hills.

First floor: bathroom
The bathroom has a bath (with shower facilities), 2 wash-bowls, drying-frame, hair dryer, closet, chair, a toilet and a balcony with views over the hills and a house of the neighbor.

Second floor (garden side): kitchen
The large and modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic (electrical) cooking place, extractor, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, micro wave, modern kitchen equipment (with croque monsieur apparatus, mixer, toaster, coffee machine, squeezer) and a wooden teak wood kitchen table with 4 chairs.

Garden
From the kitchen one can enter the public garden, which is only used by the residents of Maison Mimosa. The garden is coverd with mimosa trees and several cypress and has wonderful views. Garden furniture is available.

Additionally
- Electrical heaters in all rooms
- you can unload and park your car in front of the house (on the hill/kitchen side)
- The village offers a play yard, a jeu de boules field (next to the garden) and tennis
- The village has a small private lake (for swimming) with a beach that can be used by the residents
- In the evening the village is well lightened which offers guests the possibility of making nice evening walks

- Maison Mimosa is a non smoking house
- Daily bread service in village (except one day per week)
