General

This charming, former farmhouse (150 m2, 2 pers.) was recently renovated into a luxurious house with spacious rooms and a large partly covered terrace (36m2) overlooking the village and the mountains. Maison Jasmin is almost the last house in a car free and quiet cul-de-sac in the medieval village of Estoher. Due to the open architecture the house is very sunny. In combination with the modern art on the walls this house offers a light and southern atmosphere. Maison Jasmin offers free WIFI and a Finnish sauna.

Ground Floor

Terrace
In front of the house, in the street, surrounded by flowers and jasmine, there is a sitting area with a marble table with a bench en 2 bistro chairs. Suitable for dining outside.

Kitchen
Guests enter the house in the kitchen which has an open connection to the living room. The modern kitchen has a ceramic (electrical) cooking place with hot air oven, an extractor, fridge, microwave, modern kitchen equipment (with croque monsieur apparatus, 2 coffee machines (Senseo & traditional), squeezer, mixer, toaster, etc.) and an old table with 5 chairs.

Living Room
The living room has 2 benches, a coffee table, colour TV, DVD-player (with a selection DVD’s for use by the guests), radio/CD player, reading lamp, books, games, jeu-de-boules set, antique cupboard, electric ‘granulat’ stove.

Hall
From the living room one enters the hall, which offers a wicker basket to place shoes and a hat- and coat stand with a mirror.

Scullery
From the hall you enter the scullery which offers again a kitchen unit with a washing machine, a dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, 2nd fridge with freezer and extra storage place.

Toilet
From the hall one can reach the 1st toilet.

First Floor

Bedroom
The master bedroom offers two connected beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), with wellness mattresses, seasonal duvets and 4 pillows (2 hard pillows and 2 soft pillows), 2 pedestal cupboards, 2 lamps for reading in bed, alarm clock. The head section of each bed can be independently tilted upwards (ideal for reading). Moreover there is an antique wardrobe and an electric fan. From the bedroom one can enter 3 balconies which offer a wonderful view over the mountains. Also in the bedroom: a relax chair with reading lamp, a bureau to work on with an office chair.

Bathroom
The bathroom offers a nostalgic atmosphere with 2 wash-bowls, a shower, a bathtub, a 2nd toilet, a chair, a Finnish sauna and a hair dryer. The window opens to a small courtyard.

Second Floor

2nd Bedroom
The second bedroom offers a bed (140cm x 200cm) with a nasa tempur cover mattress, 2 seasonal duvets and 2 pillows, 2 pedestal cupboards, 2 lamps for reading in bed, an alarm clock, an antique writing desk and an airco. From the bedroom there is a stair towards the mezzanine, which offers 2 separate beds with wellness mattresses, a DVD player and a telescope to watch the stars. The 2nd bedroom has 2 roof windows and opens with a large window door towards the terrace.

Terrace
From the hall of the second floor one enters the partly covered terrace (36m2) with a dining table, 4 dining chairs, 5 relax chairs and a large umbrella. A washbowl with a sprinkler is available. The terrace offers optimum privacy, so sunbathing naked is possible.

- Electrical heaters in all rooms and also a wood stove in the living room
- Unloading your car is possible at 20 metres from the house, parking places are available from about 40 metres
- The village offers a sporting area, a play yard and a jeu de boules field. Tennis is on about 2 km.
- Estoher is passed by the river Llech, which offers a ‘cool down’ possibility in the summer
- Shops are in Marquixanes (5 minutes by car), Vinça (10 minutes) or Prades (15 minutes)
- In the evening the village is well lightened which offers guests the possibility of making nice evening walks
- Daily bread service in the village, except on Sunday
- Unfortunately domestic animals are not accepted in Maison Jasmin
